Terms of Service

These terms govern use of this website and provide general terms for business enquiries and services unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Last updated: 14 July 2026B2B services

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using ehelpglobal.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you engage E HELP GLOBAL SERVICES for paid work, the applicable proposal, quotation, statement of work, order, service schedule, master service agreement or other written arrangement may contain additional or different terms. Where there is a conflict, the specifically agreed written terms for that engagement will control.

2. Our services

eHELP GLOBAL provides B2B technology and managed services that may include enterprise applications, AI and automation, software and digital engineering, managed IT and infrastructure, hosting, digital growth, customer operations, back-office services and related professional services.

Website descriptions are general. The exact scope, deliverables, responsibilities, service levels, timelines and fees for a client engagement are defined separately in writing.

3. Quotations, proposals and project agreements

  • A quotation or proposal is not binding after its stated validity period.
  • Work may begin only after the required acceptance, information, access, deposit or advance payment has been received.
  • Changes to scope, assumptions, volume, integrations or timelines may require revised fees and delivery dates.
  • Recurring or managed services may be subject to minimum terms, notice periods, staffing commitments or service schedules stated in the applicable agreement.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely, accurate and lawful instructions, content, approvals, credentials, access and information reasonably required to perform the agreed services. Delays or limitations caused by missing access, third-party systems, client decisions or inaccurate information may affect delivery.

Clients must ensure that they have the right to provide any data, software, content, account access or instructions supplied to us and that their use of our services is lawful.

5. Acceptable use

Our services and website must not be used to facilitate unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, unauthorised access, intellectual-property infringement, malicious software, deceptive conduct or activity prohibited by an applicable service agreement or third-party provider.

6. Third-party platforms and services

Many projects involve third-party products, hosting providers, software platforms, APIs, marketplaces, payment providers or communications services. Third-party services remain subject to their own availability, terms, pricing, policies and technical limitations.

References to third-party product names or trademarks describe experience, interoperability or supported work and do not imply ownership, endorsement, certification or an official partnership unless explicitly stated.

7. Intellectual property

Each party retains ownership of intellectual property it owned before an engagement. Ownership and licence rights for custom deliverables, source code, designs, content, configurations, documentation and reusable tools will be governed by the applicable written agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed, eHELP GLOBAL retains ownership of its pre-existing know-how, templates, methods, reusable components and general skills, while the client receives the rights to the agreed deliverables specified in the applicable engagement.

8. Confidentiality

Confidentiality obligations may be set out in an NDA or service agreement. We routinely work in environments where client identities, systems, data and operating arrangements are not publicly disclosed. Nothing on this website overrides a separate confidentiality agreement.

9. Fees, billing and refunds

Fees, payment schedules, taxes, third-party costs, cancellation terms and refund eligibility are governed by the applicable proposal, invoice or service agreement and our Billing & Refund Policy.

10. Website information and service warranties

We aim to keep this website accurate, but website content is provided for general information and may be updated without notice. Unless specifically promised in a written agreement, we do not guarantee a particular commercial result, search ranking, advertising result, software-vendor decision, third-party platform approval or uninterrupted operation of systems outside our control.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party should be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from an engagement unless the applicable written agreement states otherwise or the law does not allow such a limitation.

Any specific liability cap, service credit, indemnity or exclusion applicable to paid services should be set out in the relevant written agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Suspension or termination

Access to services may be suspended or terminated where required by an agreement, for non-payment, material breach, security risk, unlawful use or where continuation is not reasonably possible. Applicable notice and transition arrangements will depend on the service and written agreement.

13. Governing law and disputes

Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, these website terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction in Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these website terms, subject to any mandatory law or separately agreed dispute-resolution provision.
