STEP 2
Training & Review
We select the appropriate VA and also involve you also in the interview process if requested. We train the VA based on the process guidelines so they are experts in your product or service. Your assigned project manager will review & revise the process guidelines with you until you feel comfortable with the approach and verbiage VA will use with your customers. This training can take from few days to a week depending on the intricate details involved and the scope of support.
STEP 3
Test & Implement
After several test sessions under your supervision and once you approve, your VA will take over the process. You will have 24/7 real time communication over Skype or other instant messenger services to relay live feedback/updates pertaining to the tasks any time of the day to VA and his manager.
